Throughout Day

Guests arrive at Lubbock International Airport. Transportation to the Embassy Suites Hotel will be provided.

5:30 P.M. 

Depart for Sharp Shooters where guests will get their hunting license and shop for necessary supplies and equipment.

6:30 P.M. 

Bus Departs for the Wind Power Museum.

7:00 P.M. 

Guests will be welcomed by Lubbock officials and enjoy one of Lubbock’s finest steak dinners.

8:30 P.M.

After dinner, there will be a private concert by Matt Martindale, formerly of Cooder Graw.

11:30P.M. 

Bus will depart for hotel. Guests are welcome to continue on to Lubbock’s Historic Depot Entertainment District.

Wednesday, December 5th, 2007

7:00 A.M. 

Bus departs from Hotel to Eddwin Kyle’s Bunkhouse Ranch.

9:00 A.M.

Groups will leave from the Bunkhouse to being their day of hunting.

1:00 P.M.

Hunters will meet back at the Bunkhouse to enjoy a BBQ lunch! 

4:30 P.M.

Bus departs back for Lubbock.

6:00 P.M.

Guests meet in lobby of Embassy Suites to enjoy the Manager’s Reception.

7:00 P.M.

Bus departs for Texas Tech University.
Guests will watch Coach Bob Knight and the Texas Tech Red Raiders play Big XII basketball in the United Spirit Arena.          

10:00 P.M.

Bus Departs for Hotel. Guests are welcome to continue on to Lubbock’s Historic Depot Entertainment District.

Thursday, December 6th, 2007

7:00 A.M.

Bus departs for Eddwin Kyle’s Bunkhouse Ranch for the second day of hunting.

9:00 A.M.

Guests leave from the Bunkhouse to begin hunting.

1:00 P.M.

Hunters return to the Bunkhouse for a hamburger lunch.

4:30 P.M.

Bus returns to Embassy hotel.

6:00 P.M.

Managers reception at the Embassy Suites Hotel.

6:30 P.M.

Bus departs for Skyviews Restaurant for Casino Night.

7:00 P.M.

Guests will experience a fun and relaxed evening with heavy hors d` oveurs and cocktails as they look out over the city.

Live music and a casino will be provided for our guests.

11:00 P.M.

Bus departs for the hotel.

Guests depart Lubbock
